Stay very close to IBC Coaching, a 2-minute walk!! 20-minute drive from Congonhas Airport 5 min. drive to Jurubatuba train station 30 min. drive from Interlagos Race Track 10 min. drive from Interlagos Mall Ground floor house, 1 bedroom with double bed, television, wardrobe. 1 bathroom with shower. 1 living room with reclining sofa, when open accommodates 2 adults with great comfort. Full kitchen with stove, gas, refrigerator, microwave, table and chairs. The space Cozy house, very quiet neighborhood. Safe location, the house is on Rua da Delegacia de Polícia 99 DP Guest access Please be careful when opening the kitchen faucet and the shower, as the water has a lot of pressure. We have 2 houses in the same yard. We only offer the front house for Airbnb rentals (photos shown). Do not open the door and gate that gives access to the other house. Our garage is rented, the tenant has no access to any of the houses, only the garage. To enter the house we have 3 steps. The house has a terrace that can be used for Airbnb. There is no laundry available (we are setting up a laundry room), but we have a clothesline to hang clothes in the backyard. We offer clean bedding: 1 sheet, 2 pillows with pillowcase, cushions, 1 blanket and 1 bedspread. In addition, we provide 2 liquid soaps in the bathroom. We also offer 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels. Everything is clean and cozy. Pillows, towels and extra blanket, no replacement, for a maximum of 4 guests. Other things to note Please be careful when opening the kitchen faucet and the shower, as the water has a lot of pressure. On the nearby streets, you will find a Bakery, Pharmacy, Shops, Restaurants and more! The house is located 1.5 kilometers from Terra SP. 5 minutes away by car.
