Medieval-inspired, the Gaubertière Tower, with its characterful silhouette, offers you a preserved environment of charm and greenery. On the ground floor, there is a library-style living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet. On the 2nd floor, one bedroom with a 140-cm double bed. On the 2nd and 3rd floors, there is one bedroom each with two single beds and a bathroom (sink and toilet). The garden and pool are exclusively for the tenants from June to September. Come and unwind The space This 120 m² square tower, built on the ruins of a medieval tower, once belonged to the Gaubert family, who gave it its name. La Gaubertière is surrounded by a lovely 2,500 m² park, bordered by a moat where herons and wild ducks come to rest. A spiral staircase gives you access to the four levels of the tower. - 3 bedrooms including: * 1 bedroom with a 140x190 bed * 2 bedrooms with two 90x190 cm beds - 1 bathroom on the ground floor, a separate toilet - 1 WC and sink on the 2nd and 3rd floors in each of the bedrooms -One living Room - A kitchen with a table - A nice garden for your summer meals with friends and family - A swimming pool open in summer from June - 3 private parking spaces inside the property All you have to do is drop off your bags; bed linens and towels are included, and your beds will be made upon arrival. Stay connected! Wi-Fi is free. Guest access Linens are provided at the beginning of the stay. If you want a change of sheets during the stay, it will cost you €7/bed and €2 per towel.
