This one-of-a-kind mountain property features 9 cozy cabins: 5 one-bedroom cabins with queen beds and sleeper sofas (sleeping 4 each), and 3 studio cabins for 2 with full beds. Each cabin includes a private bathroom, kitchenette, and its own private hot tub. Perfect for group getaways, retreats, or intimate weddings. All cabins include private full bathrooms, kitchenettes for light cooking, and their own private hot tubs. Located in Grant, Colorado, right off the scenic Guanella Pass, you’ll be surrounded by mountain beauty, pine forests, and crisp alpine air. The property is a short drive from incredible hiking trails, fishing spots, and picturesque viewpoints. Therefore, due to signal strength variations at different times, the WiFi/Internet signal in the unit is not guaranteed, and you may need to go to the community center for a signal. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property and all 9 cabins and the community center when you book the entire property. Other things to note (Professionally Managed By Effortless Rental Group) • The Community Center also includes men’s and women’s restrooms, each equipped with two showers and two toilets for added convenience. • Each cabin features a kitchenette, ideal for simple meal prep, but not intended for large or complex meals. • *NO A/C - There is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.* • DOG RULES - MAX of 1 dog allowed; there is a $100 pet fee, and you will be held responsible for damages; Please inquire with us for more details before booking; Please keep pets off of the beds and furniture. A $50 fee will be incurred if pet waste is not picked up.; If an unapproved pet is found at the property, you will be asked to vacate immediately, and a $1000 fine will be incurred. • WiFi/Internet - Please note that while there is internet for the campground, it is satellite-based, and the main hub/router is located in the community center.
