Sea Breeze

Sea Breeze is perched high up on Onaero Beach Road. A 3 minute walk to access the beautiful secluded Onaero Beach. Upon arrival wander up the path through the attractive garden which opens out onto a substantial deck with magnificent views of the ocean. Comfortable and roomy this beach house comes with everything you need. Sea Breeze is the perfect place for a family holiday or just to get away for some peace and quiet. Relax and watch the waves or, on cooler days, curl up by the wood burner. The space The Beach House is on a quiet, private property with beautiful elevated views. There are outdoor spaces to dine, have a BBQ or to sit & enjoy the garden & sea views in any weather. It is important to note that the access to the house from the garage is up a relatively steep 25 metre stepped path. There is a generous living room with double sliding doors to a covered deck. Plenty of comfortable couch & lounge chair seating allows for relaxation. The double glazing (except in kitchen/dining) & wood burner keep the house cosy in cooler weather. There is a TV and upright piano for your entertainment - please note the TV is not a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and tea & coffee making facilities. There are there are 3 separate spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and recently added ensuite. The remaining 2 double bedrooms are also spacious with two single beds in each. All linen - bedding & towels are provided in the laundry cupboard. The main bathroom is newly renovated & well appointed with a shower and vanity. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. A washing machine is provided in the laundry as well as an outside washing line on the back patio. A warm outside shower (beside the external laundry door) is an added bonus after that black sand beach swim! Unlimited WIFI is available using Fibre Internet. Please be aware that mobile phone reception may be limited in the house depending on your service provider. Guest access The whole house is used exclusively by guests. Self check in using key lock box. Off-street parking for two vehicles. Other things to note We are happy to accommodate children however please be aware that children will need to be supervised at all times in the outside areas. Please note we do have a no pets policy.
