The villa has a ping-pong table, a great choice for you and your family and friends to have fun. There are also several parks and recreational facilities nearby, such as Smithfield Plains Park and Fremont Park, which are the perfect place for walking, running and family leisure. The villa has several comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, so you can easily cook delicious food; the spacious and bright living room and courtyard provide you with a great place for outdoor activities and relaxation. Parking is available for guests who are driving. Whether you are traveling for a short time or staying for a long time, this is the perfect place for you. We look forward to your visit! Please make yourself at home! Other things to note We provide one bath towel per person as standard. If you need extra towels or bath towels, you need to pay an additional 10 AUD per towel. No party rules or quiet hours. Our property is not suitable for parties or events. Please observe neighborhood quiet hour after 10pm. If there is too much noise after 10pm, the neighbors will contact me, our local security patrol or the police. Remember to take a photo of the key after check out! Last Minute Booking We usually need at least one day to arrange cleaning and inform the cleaning staff of special check-in requirements. If you book on the same day, we can't guarantee that you can check in at 3pm. But we will try our best to accommodate your request, please send us a message before booking at the last minute to let us know your estimated arrival time! Early Check-In Request Unlike a hotel, we don't have on-site cleaning service, our cleaners usually plan their work the day before check-in. We have a standard check-in time of 3pm to ensure our cleaners have enough time to prepare a clean space for your stay! If you need early check-in, please let me know at least one day in advance and we will try to accommodate your request! Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee early check-in requests on the day of your check-in, thank you for your understanding in advance! Late Check-out Request We understand that sometimes you'd like to stay here a little longer! However, sometimes our guests will check in on the same day as your checkout, and unlike a hotel, we don't have spare rooms for them to use! Therefore, all late check-out requests should be made at least one day before your departure to ensure our cleaners have enough time to complete the job! If you need to check out after 12pm, an additional half-day fee will be charged through Airbnb and payment must be completed by the night of your check out for approval. We will not accommodate late check-out requests made on the day of your departure. Without late check-out confirmation, our cleaning staff will start work at 10am and they will be able to enter our property for housekeeping services. Additional bedding will incur an additional charge of 50 AUD. (Please confirm at least 1 day before check-in.) Rebooking will be based on availability and the new daily rate. The new daily rate may be different from the original booking rate. Guests will need to pay the rebooking price, which may include a higher room rate. The new check-in date must be within the next 90 days, depending on availability. Please contact us to confirm availability on the calendar. Please carry the property key and keychain with you at all times. The cost of lost keys/emergency keys will be AUD 180. Emergency locksmith fees will be charged to the guest, starting from AUD 180. Please make sure the apartment is clean and tidy when you check out. Guests will be responsible for any damage or loss that occurred during their stay, as well as any additional cleaning costs that exceed the standard cleaning.
