Large vacation home for 6-8 people and dog with fireplace, sauna & garden - near the Baltic Sea Other things to note The 100 m² vacation home can accommodate 6-8 people as well as your dog and is within walking distance to the beach. You have two parking spaces right by the house. On the ground floor you will find a light-flooded living/dining area as well as an open, very well-equipped kitchen. One bedroom with a double bed, another room with a sofa bed for two people, a spacious shower room and a guest toilet complete the ground floor. The room with sofa bed can also be used as a small living room (incl. TV). In the room with the guest toilet there is also a second refrigerator including freezer. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and a futon, which is suitable for more overnight guests. In the room with the single beds, there is also a home office workstation with desk, office chair and external screen. A broadband Internet connection is available for TV streaming and/or video conferencing. Internet speed (no guarantee): The download speed varies between 210 and 290 Mbit/s, while the upload speed is between 90 and 130 Mbit/s. The stairs are quite steep and have narrow steps. The beautiful vacation home is complemented by a large, furnished terrace with beach chair and barbecue. There is also an additional seating area in front of the house. A highlight of the house is the great, private sauna area in the next house (directly by the house) including shower area.
