The Villa is completely surrounded by a forest of cork oaks with a view of the Nuraghe Majori, a true oasis of peace and nature. Ideal for those who love relaxation, yoga, hiking, and horseback riding, and just 30 minutes from the sea in Vignola, Badesi, and Santa Teresa. In the nearby area, there is a riding stable where you can take riding lessons and an excellent restaurant with local Sardinian cuisine. Tempio Pausania is less than 2 km away and offers many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The space The Villa is conveniently located on a small hill, on one side you have views of the Nuraghe Majori, on the other hand the beautiful Adus Granite Mountains chain behind which the sun sets with a beautiful spectacle of colors. All the windows give you a beautiful view of the cork trees and the beautiful granite boulders. The villa consists of 2 independent apartments. The one for rent has 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double beds measuring 200x140, 1 room with 2 single beds measuring 200x90) + 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. The maximum occupancy is 6 people, and the area available to guests is approximately 95 square meters. The entrance on the floor and the large living room with fireplace are shared with the apartment next door. In addition, there is a large outdoor terrace with a gazebo where you can dine outdoors. Guest access Parking is available for guests for 1 car, as long as the car does not exceed 4.40 meters in length. Larger cars or minivans should be parked outside the property as a courtesy. There are 10 steps at the entrance to the house; there are no further steps inside. Other things to note Please note that the private parking at your disposal is for 1 car no longer than 4.40 meters. Bed sheets and towels are provided. Kitchen consumables such as coffee capsules, dishwasher capsules, and other food items are NOT provided.
