This old renovated barn offers a capacity of 15 beds and is nestled in the gorges of La Borne, at the place called "Le Moulin des Estreys". A large living room with its sitting area and warm wood stove, its large dining room open to the kitchen will bring together all your family and friends! The space COMPOSITION: Renovated 150 m2 barn. The entrance opens onto a large 80 m2 living room with an atypical bar, and a dining room open to an equipped kitchen that can accommodate a large table! The sitting area near the stove offers a little privacy. A separate bathroom with toilet can accommodate people with limited mobility. At the end of the corridor, 2 beautiful master bedrooms with mezzanine and private bathroom: bedroom 1: 1 bed 160/200, a mezzanine with 1 bunk bed and 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. This room has a capacity of 6 beds. Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140/190, a mezzanine with 1 bunk bed, 1 pull-out bed with drawer offering an extra bed, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. This room has a capacity of 6 beds. A large mezzanine of 70 m2 above the dining room accommodates a small dormitory: 1 bed 140/200 and 1 bed 90 as well as a large relaxation area with TV, pool table, foosball table, board games and books... This place will delight young and old alike! A small outdoor area, although it is under construction, is available for barbecue and garden furniture. Outbuilding for our biker and cyclist friends to park their 2 wheels safely! We are on the GR300 connecting the rock of St Michel d'Aiguihe to Mont St Michel. 5 minutes by car separate us from the fortress of Polignac, the castle of St Vidal as well as the city of PUY EN VELAY with its "puy de lumières" show, its heritage... Our cottage is on the banks of the "La Borne" river, which will delight trout fishing enthusiasts with a very beautiful course in the Borne gorges!
