This house is #3 of 3 newly built identical houses side by side on the beautiful Spring River in Hardy, Arkansas. Across the river is the Old Hardy Beach. You are 1 minute from Historic Downtown Hardy. The space All houses along the Spring River must be built on stilts because the river does flood occasionally and it is a requirement for having a house on the river. So this being said, you will have climb the steps to get on the deck to go inside the house. You can see the stairs in the pictures. All 3 houses sit side by side & share the same put in spot for canoes which is to the left of the cabins if you are facing the river - next to cabin 3.
