For lovers of the minimalist Japanese/Scandinavian (Japandi) interior style, our house is just the right place to relax and feel completely comfortable. The space The exclusively furnished 4-room house with garden has • a fully equipped kitchen, • a light-flooded dining room, • a living room with a fireplace, • 3 double or twin rooms equipped with box spring beds, • a large bathroom with shower and bathtub and • A separate guest toilet in the entrance area. The south-facing terraced house was recently renovated and equipped. Only the highest quality materials such as beech real wood parquet in the bedrooms and floor-heated tiles in the kitchen, living and dining room were used. The domicile is located on the quiet outskirts of Großostheim with sufficient parking. The house entrance is on the ground floor and can be entered without barriers. The dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen is spacious and the 2.40 m long oak dining room table can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. We offer a high chair for your child free of charge if required. From the dining area, a side door leads directly to the sundeck, which invites you to relax on the sun lounger. The attached living room is equipped with a real leather couch and armchair and a flat-screen TV. It also offers a wood-burning stove, which ensures a pleasant feel-good atmosphere in colder seasons. The living room leads directly to the garden terrace, which offers seating for 6 people. The 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floors and can each be used as a double or twin room. For a good night's sleep, all bedrooms are equipped with new box spring beds and high-quality pocket spring mattresses in hotel quality. Each room offers ample storage space for your clothes, two rooms have a desk where you can relax and work. One of the bedrooms offers a balcony as a retreat, which allows a beautiful view of the garden and the greenery. Upstairs is the spacious 3rd bedroom, which was decorated in Japanese / Scandinavian style. An additional baby cot can be provided free of charge if needed. On the first floor there is also the modern daylight bathroom, which is equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet and two sinks. A washing machine, ironing board, iron and drying rack are available for preparing your laundry. The house is equipped with a suction robot that ensures continuous basic cleaning of the floors. Guest access Please call me after your arrival to give you the code to access the house. The house is opened without a key via a code entry at the entrance door. Other things to note Cleaning: There is a weekly change of towels and change of bed linen. The outdoor facilities are maintained by the landlord. The house is cleaned weekly by our in-house service. Restrictions and obligations of use: No smoking in the entire house and no pets allowed. Subletting the rented premises is not permitted. The tenant undertakes to ventilate the room daily.
