Family home pool + garden

We rent our family home in a small village 30 minutes from Toulouse, overlooking the Save Valley and overlooking the Pyrenees. Large 4000 m² garden with swing, 4 x 8 swimming pool secured with a shutter, petanque court, barbecue, quiet and breathtaking sunset. We have 4 bedrooms, a mezzanine, 1 double bed and 2 single beds that can be moved as needed. 1 bathroom (bathtub and shower), 3 toilets Lots of games for kids and swing Petanque court The space We are a family with 2 little girls aged 5 and 2, as well as 2 cats (Bernard and Bianco) who will delight both young and old. We'll leave our personal belongings, leaving you a place to feel at home, and hope you'll love this place as much as we do on a daily basis. Large house of 230 square meters. The main room of 100 square meters is composed of a kitchen, dining room and living room overlooking the outdoor space, terraces and pool. There is a back kitchen and laundry room, consisting of a second fridge/refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. At the entrance a TV room, reading/game corner allow two living spaces according to the desires of each (TV space separate from the living room). The bedroom area distributes 3 bedrooms of 14 m2: - 1 with a 160 cm bed - 1 with a 90 cm cabin bed - 1 with 1 baby bed and a sofa bed in which we can move the double sofa bed or single beds. There's a chance our 2-year-old daughter will have a single bed by this summer in this room. - 1 large bright bathroom with 1 bathtub, 1 Italian shower, 1 toilet, 1 double sink - the staircase that goes upstairs Upstairs on the mezzanine, you will find a large open space with: - our long desk that serves as a guardrail, - a double sofa bed (which can be moved), - a 3rd living room - game room with a TV equipped with Chromecast - 1 toilet - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140) and 2 single beds (movable). In the garden you have a pool set, petanque court, wooden terrace and travertine terrace. Further on, a swing slide. You will have at your disposal a barbecue, 1 garden furniture for 4 people, a table with 12 chairs, 2 ottomans, 2 Chilean chairs, 2 deckchairs. A garage for 2 sheltered cars. The house is located 5 minutes from a large shopping area (Carrefour Market, Picard, Biocop, bakery, butcher shop, greengrocer, etc.) and L'Isle Jourdain with all its shops, a lake with leisure activities, guinguettes and walks. We are 25 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes from Toulouse, 1 hour 15 minutes from the Pyrenees, 1 hour 15 minutes from Carcassonne and many other tourist places nearby during the day. We are in a quiet village and, with respect for the neighbors, we refuse all parties. It's a family place where meals can last but no loud music. Also we will leave all our belongings and ask you to respect them. Our children's games will delight yours, we will ask you to use them as if they were yours. A visit by one person is planned during the week to check the pool settings and possibly water our wooded garden. We ask you to tidy up and clean the premises a minimum before leaving, the cleaning and disinfection will be provided by a person during your departure (€100). We count on your respect for our personal belongings, so that you can have a quiet and relaxing time as if you were at home. Our two cats Bernard and Bianco are very independent but will be happiest with a few caresses. They are used to our two little girls and will therefore not be a problem for your children. We rely on you to check that they have food and drink, in addition to our trusted person who will pass by once as indicated to check the pool, the cats and water if necessary. There is a village road at the back of the house, our land in the countryside is not fenced, so be careful with children and explain to them not to venture on the road. As soon as ants come onto our land, they are unfortunately indestructible, but we treat them with a professional to limit their presence. There is no risk to humans, but there may be random anthills on the grounds and some that occasionally enter the house. We do not provide linens and towels.
