Other things to note 1. There are 2 resident pet Labrador-Retriever dogs on the property. 2. To ensure a safe stay, the premises are fully fenced. 3. The river beside the premises is not private therefore while guests can enjoy a lovely picnic by the river, private access is not available. 4. There is a cowshed on the premises with 3 cows in it. 5. Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can get affected due to falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes 6. Pet charges of Rs 1000 per pet per day will be collected at check-in. 7. A refundable security deposit of ₹20,000 will be collected at check-in and returned at the time of check-out. 9.
