Guest access You have your own private entrance, keyless entry. Your code is emailed to you the morning of your arrival. Door codes are active at check in time of 4:00 pm unless otherwise agreed upon. We do require a brief Rental Agreement which will be emailed to you after you book your dates. You can read and sign it electronically. Once we receive the Rental Agreement, you will start receiving emails with all the directions and information about your room, including the door code. You have 2 private off street parking spaces in the driveway. If additional parking is needed please pull into the driveway and onto the lawn area to the right. Other things to note BEACH TOWELS + COOLER: Beach towels and a rolling cooler are packed and ready for your Pensacola Beach day trip. Just add snacks and sunscreen. PET POLICY: Traveling with your dog? One well-behaved dog is welcome. Please supervise them around the pool area. FULL KITCHEN: Fully stocked with everything you need to cook in. BYOB and stock your favorites, with a full refrigerator waiting. NOTE ON THE GROUNDS: The outdoor areas include natural uneven terrain and 2-3 steps down to the pool deck. Please make sure your group is comfortable navigating these areas.
