Our property is designed to ensure privacy and cleanliness, with independent spaces for our guests, but also moments of pleasant company if desired. The strategic location allows you to easily walk to all the necessary services. The space The shared bathroom is cleaned twice a day, with everything you need to disinfect the contact surfaces and the shower when necessary. Guests can enjoy a large terrace used as a smoking area, ideal for relaxing after a long trip. Our location is convenient, with restaurants, a laundromat, and many activities nearby. The bus stop and free parking are a few meters from the house. It is essential that every guest respects the common areas, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the bathroom and on the terrace. Although frequent cleaning is carried out, respect for the spaces is essential to ensure maximum comfort for all guests. For security reasons, the house is under video surveillance. Guest access Check-in: from 5 PM to 10 PM. Possible variations, agreed upon in advance, are based on availability, both for check-in and check-out. For delays of more than 30 minutes, a fee of €20 will be charged through the platform if not communicated in advance. Check-in: from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Any changes to check-in or check-out times may be arranged in advance, subject to availability. A €20 fee will be charged via the platform for delays exceeding 30 minutes if no prior notice is given. During your stay Riccardo and Madelaine will always be available in their exclusive premises, and the phone number will be left for any emergency. Other things to note There are free parking spaces at the beginning of the street and others on the parallel streets. Two additional rooms are available for extended stays and groups of more than 3 guests. The most important rule of the house is respect for common areas, any use of the bathroom requires respect for cleanliness and hygiene.
