Christchurch or Kaiapoi bus 2 minutes walk. 5 mins walk to Silverstream shops - Urban Revival cafe, Indian restaurant and a dairy. 5 mins drive to Kaiapoi, 15 mins to airport or Rangiora. 20 mins CHCH. Free parking. Airport transfers available -charge The space A double room with own private bathroom exclusive to guests. Limited kitchen use for reheating and simple meals not full on cooking. Laundry available on application if staying 2 nights or more. There is a single room if a child or third person travels and or it is used for office space. Unlimited wifi Guest access You are welcome to make yourself at home in our house but limited cooking. Simple meals and using microwave is all good. Also welcome to make a cuppa and use the table etc During your stay We will be present as hosts but will respect your privacy.
