Family country house near Troyes

We offer our large family house in the quiet of a small village in Aube. Combining the charm of the old with the comforts of modern homes, you can enjoy a comfortable living space that can accommodate up to 13 people. You can find all the essentials for your stay, both indoors and outdoors (equipped kitchen, 2 game rooms, fiber Internet, outdoor games...) Looking forward to offering you a friendly time with family or friends! The space Old house of 300 m2 on 2 floors completely renovated, 2 hours from Paris. Partially enclosed 2400 m2 garden. On the ground floor: large living room/kitchen of 100 m2, 1 large bedroom of 23 m2 with access to the garden, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 toilet Upstairs: 4 bedrooms and 2 game rooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, including 1 with toilet The kitchen is equipped for cooking, filter coffee maker + Tassimo (pods not included), raclette machine. Entertainment: multi-game table (billiards, ping-pong), board games, books, ambilight HD TV, children's toys, trampoline, swings. We provide linens but not towels. Upon request, we provide a travel cot with mattress and sheet, a high chair and a baby bath. (The fireplace is not functional) Outside, you will have an outdoor lounge (benches, chairs and deckchairs for about ten people), two tables and a barbecue (charcoal). Please note that we cannot accommodate animals in the accommodation. Other things to note The house is in the heart of a small peaceful village. In order not to disturb the neighborhood, parties and music (outdoors) are not allowed. The accommodation is non-smoking. There are no small shops in our village. The nearest shops are in Arcis Sur Aube, 10 minutes away by car: bakeries, pharmacy, several supermarkets, gas stations, banks, post offices and tobacco shops... There is also a municipal swimming pool in Arcis sur Aube. The metropolis of Troyes is 30 minutes away (many major brand stores, factory stores, leisure center around the lake, cinema...) We are less than an hour from Nigloland Amusement Park, the medieval city of Provins and the lakes of the Orient Forest.
