New mattress were just purchased along with rugs for all the spaces. Downstairs in the living/dining/kitchen, there's plenty of space for four to eat and hang out. There's also a brand new washer/dryer combo in the half bath on the same level. The cottage is "business ready" and ideal for a business person traveling for an extended stay in San Francisco.
