Located just a 10-minute walk to Polzeath Beach and 15 minutes to Daymer Bay, it’s perfect for beach lovers and coastal explorers. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for family and friends. The open-plan kitchen and living area is light and airy, leading out to an enclosed patio with a brick BBQ - perfect for summer evenings. There is a log burner for keeping you cosy during the winter nights. Downstairs, two bedrooms share a family bathroom, while upstairs, the spacious master suite has its own TV and sofa area - great for families with children. Dogs are welcome - there is a £25 charge per dog, per week which is payable upon arrival at Reception.
