Located within the historic city walls, this home is a perfect combination of authenticity, comfort and tranquility. A few steps from the main streets and artistic treasures of Spello, the house enjoys a privileged position: central enough to fully experience the magic of the village, but secluded enough to guarantee you silence, privacy and also convenient access for free parking, a real rarity in the historic center! But that's not all: this house is also a strategic starting point for exploring the whole of Umbria! In less than halfanhour you can reach some of the most beloved destinations in the region: Assisi (15 km), Perugia (30 km), Foligno (8 km), Rasiglia, Umbria International Airport (24 km) and many other Umbrian jewels, all easily accessible. Set on two levels, this sky-earth home offers cozy and spacious environments. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a TV and a fireplace. The kitchen, spacious and fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, hob, refrigerator and everything you need to cook like at home), is perfect for tasty dinners after a day of exploring. Going up the wooden staircase to the second floor is the sleeping area: • A bright and refined double bedroom with parquet and a large walk-in closet where you can best arrange your belongings. • A second room ideal for families, with a practical bunk bed. • An elegant bathroom finished with the fine stone of Assisi, equipped with a large shower and all amenities. Other things to note • The house is located in a quiet area, but it is within walking distance of the center of Spello, where you can explore the village and enjoy its many restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars and shops. • Parking nearby is free and easily accessible. • The house is equipped with heating. • As this is a two-story house, the wooden staircase may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties. • Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed inside the house. • A short walk from the house, there is a public park with children's games, ideal for families.
