A winding country road paves its way through rolling, green landscape. You don't think you can get anywhere... until suddenly a picturesque village pops up. At the end of the village, where the road stops and the silence begins, lies Château Beauregard, hidden on the banks of the Maas. From here you can look out over the village, the river, and the surrounding hills that form a different painting every season. Here everything is about peace and space; hiking, reading in the garden, or simply catch your breath. The space A charming room with medieval allure, perfect for the romantic soul or solo traveler. Think of robust materials, warm lighting and stylish details that take you back in time. With an antique bed (140 cm), a private shower and an authentic toilet - all in style. Guest access There is access through a separate front door to the part of the château with the guest rooms. This room is located on the first floor and is accessible via the stairs. You share a spacious bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and two sinks with another guest room on the same floor. Breakfast can be served in the Salon, which is specially designed for this purpose, or outside on the terrace in fine weather. In the summer, the swimming pool is freely accessible, and for a fee, there is an opportunity to go canoeing on the Maas. Around the château is 7 hectares of orchard where the donkey, the pony and the Fjord horse graze. Here you can walk with respect for animals and nature. There are also beautiful hiking and biking routes in the vicinity of the château and the village. During your stay We will often be around when we have guests visiting. If not, we are always available by phone. Other things to note There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity (10 km away), from good French cuisine to pizza. Eating with the owners for a fee is also possible in consultation. Pets are allowed, provided a cushion or rug is provided. Please do not let animals sleep on the beds.
