Self-Check In.The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instruction carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location,The check in instruction will be sent o you one day before your check in date. LOSS OF KEYS Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility.Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $150 per set.If you get locked out of the house,we would charge $150 plus for attending the house and unlocking the door(or you can call a local locksmith). DAMAGE Deposit will be taken in place if any damage or loss happens in the room. 1. Check out rules states all Guests must double check to ensure they have all of their belongings 2.
