Ideal for families, friends or couples looking for relaxation in a natural environment! On 110 m² of living space, you will find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area with a pull-out couch. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and has two bedrooms: a bedroom with a comfortable double bed another with a practical bunk bed, especially popular with children! In addition, a crib and a high chair are available on request. Please let us know when you book if you are traveling with children and how old they are. This allows us to set up everything accordingly in advance. Note on room layout: The vacation home is on two levels. Downstairs there is an open kitchen-living room and bathroom. Upstairs are the two bedrooms. Inside the house, several stairs and steps lead through the levels. Please note: there is no stair guard, so special care is required for small children. Guest access A large garden invites you to linger, sunbathe and barbecue. The garden is shared with the owner, who also lives on the property, so there is always someone nearby if you have any questions or requests. Other things to note The accommodation is quietly located in Quatitz, just steps from the dam, ideal for walking or simply switching off. A bus stop is within walking distance. The village of Großdubrau is about 5 minutes away by car and offers a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and shopping. The historic city of Bautzen can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
