Beautiful newly renovated gite

A gîte furnished to enjoy a superb view of the vineyards and the Cévennes in the distance... From the moment you arrive, you will feel like you are on vacation! The terrace is ideal for enjoying your evenings and admiring the incredible sunsets, summer and winter. The cottage is charmingly decorated and furnished with quality elements. The kitchen is large and bright and you can cook at your leisure if you feel like it! The village is 20/25 minutes from Nîmes, Uzès, Anduze and Sommières. The space We renovated and furnished this cottage with a concern of comfort as for our own dwelling but with the constraints of a renovation on an 18th century house! We restored part of the original stone walls to regain the charm of the magnanerie, added a decoration in the same spirit. You will enjoy new bedding and quality bed linen. The light fixtures are from Enamoura and bring a real authentic and modern touch at the same time. The kitchen is new and fully equipped, with a large space for cooking or seating 4-6 people. The bathroom is simple but the walk-in shower is large and pleasant (very good water pressure) and the decoration is neat too. The living room allows you to relax (air conditioning) and enjoys a superb view of the Cevennes in the distance and the vineyards in the plain. The rooms are equipped with storage, wardrobe and chairs and the beds are made upon your arrival. There are two pillows per person. Bathroom linens are also provided. One of the bedrooms can be arranged with twin beds (please request in advance). The sofa bed is new, but I recommend using it for one person only. PLEASE NOTE: Please let me know if you are going to use the sofa bed so that I can provide the necessary items. The terrace is set up for lunch or dinner outside. A barbecue is available for your use. You can also enjoy two comfortable Chilean naps! The star remains the view, we hope you enjoy the amazing sunsets of our area. At each pass, we appreciate the feedback made about the stay of our vacationers in order to improve the comfort of the cottage (as far as possible and the constraints of the place!) Guest access The cottage is at the end of our house. You can easily park next door (private space) and access your accommodation via an external staircase that leads you to the terrace. Other things to note Regarding the barbecue, please be extremely careful during the summer and do not use it during a red fire alert.
