Cozy cottage for two

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful village, 16 km west of Arjeplog. The cottage is surrounded by forest. On the other side of the village road is Sweden's 10th largest lake, Uddjaure. Racksund is a perfect place to start from if you are interested in outdoor activities, hiking and fishing or just want to listen to the silence. If you are interested in climbing peaks, there are many for both beginners and more experienced climbers. 200 meters to the boat launch The space Large hall, not renovated. Very plenty of space for clothes, shoes and outdoor equipment. Practical shelf for storage. Shoe dryer. In the hall there is spacious fridge and freezer. Sleeping area with 160 cm bed and two wardrobes. Bedlinen and towels are included. Dining area for 3 people. Two-seater sofa and Smart TV with Chromecast and Allente. Renovated bathroom (2025) The cabin has a microwave, toaster, Air Fryer, Moka pot, and French press. Next to the cottage, there is a barbecue area with benches; we provide firewood. There's also a large charcoal grill. Stairs/patio with sun from morning to late afternoon. Easily accessible electricity outdoors for charging, for example, boat batteries. Other things to note Plenty of space to park a car, trailer, scooter, etc. Boat ramp with parking and barbecue area about 200 meters from the cabin. Towels and bed linen are included in the rent. For longer stays, cleaning and a change of bed linens and towels once a week are included. There is a barbecue area with four benches outside the cabin. Firewood is included. Pets allowed by prior arrangement, no extra fee. Closest grocery stores are Jäkkvik, 54 km and Arjeplog 16 km. There are fast chargers for electric cars in Jäkkvik and Arjeplog.
