Room for rent for short stay in central Etten-Leur. Ideally located right next to the station and the bus stops. Station within 5 min. walking distance, as well as 3 bus connections to Breda. The train to Breda takes only 9 minutes. By bike, the 11 km from Breda city center is off for a cozy evening or event. The center of Etten-Leur also offers everything you might need, within walking distance. NOTE: The property is shared with the resident. Price includes 1.60 pp/pn tourist tax. The space The guest room is in the house that is shared with me. Guest access A private double bedroom. Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and toilet. Shared with the resident. The backyard and canopy can also be used. No use of the attic or home office. During your stay You will get my private number where I can be reached on the weekend. During the week, I don't have a phone because of my work. That's why the house can only be rented a few times. Other things to note The kitchen and coffee maker can be used. If necessary, also of the washing machine, on request from me. It is requested that no items be taken from the refrigerator or kitchen coolers, as well as from the drinks cabinet.
