The bright main room is built around a striking, custom-made deep green library wall stretching across the space. Antique books, integrated lighting, board games, a flat-screen TV... it’s not just a piece of furniture – it’s an invitation to slow down, relax, and enjoy. The living room channels a refined British charm with a floral armchair, Tiffany lamp, decorative moldings and vintage touches – cozy and full of character. Between this space and the kitchen, a beautiful industrial-style glass partition defines the layout without closing it off – and gives the space undeniable style. The kitchen, inspired by New York lofts, features (faux) red brick walls, matte black furniture, a farmhouse sink, and vintage-style pendant lights – for that 19th-century industrial flair. And when it comes to equipment, nothing is missing! You’ll find everything: fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, induction stovetop, dishwasher, Nespresso and drip coffee machines, dishes and utensils… Whether you’re into Sunday cake baking or lazy crêpe parties, you’re all set. The bathroom has a retro-chic vibe with its clawfoot tub, grey brick walls, patterned tile flooring, and a few extra treats: organic 2-in-1 body and hair wash, cotton pads, and cotton swabs. You’ll have 24/7 access to the apartment via a secure key box. You have full access to the apartment. If any closets are locked, they are reserved for the owners or the housekeeping team. Other things to note A note for those who prefer not to have upstairs neighbors: this building has only two apartments.
