We welcome you in our air-conditioned studio located 4 minutes walk from the sea, in the popular Rayolet district, between Coudoulière and Brusc district. The location is ideal for doing everything on foot or by bike (beaches, shops, restaurants, shuttle to Les Embiez...) The coastal cycle path that connects Le brusc to Sanary passes in front of the residence, as well as the free electric shuttle Brusc'line (July/August). The space The studio is composed of: -> A main room with sofa bed for 2 people -> kitchen with dishwasher -> an entrance sleeping area with bunk beds, separated from the living room by a door -> a bathroom with washing machine -> A separate WC It also has a garden with barbecue. The studio is located in a closed residence, with a private parking space nearby free of charge. The accommodation is equipped with TV and wifi. Accommodation classified as furnished 2* tourist accommodation. Duvets and pillows available in the apartment. Linen provided: sheets and bath towel (1 per person), bath mat, tea towel. The studio is near a busy road. Smoking not allowed in the apartment. Guest access If you wish to come by car: the studio has a free private parking space in the residence, in front of the apartment. If you want to come by train: -> Sanary sur mer TER station -> La seyne sur mer TER station -> Toulon TGV station Other things to note I put at your disposal in the apartment a guide with all my advices (visits, beaches, restaurants, etc.). I can also send it to you in advance by email on request :) I enjoy welcoming my guests myself :) But your arrival can also be done independently depending on your arrival time.
