The space This is a semi-detached house with 158 m2 living space (>420 m2 with garden). This Listing gives you access to one bedroom on the first floor of our home. The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom (with a bathtub, wash machine and Dryer) and a small private living area with a chillout lounge and TV for entertainment. Our property's location in Leymen is perfect for nature lovers. The view from the house is green and peaceful. Right out of the door you walk directly into nature. Leymen is more of a residential area, but next to it are the villages and village-towns of Biel-Benken, Therwil, Ettingen, Oberwil, Reinach, etc. In these towns you will find nice restaurants like the Heyer restaurant in Biel-Benken. A RIDE TO THE TRAIN STATION __________________________ Sebastian is sometimes available to bring you to the Tram station in Leymen or Therwil. Do not hesitate to ask. We do not charge for this. We can also pick you up from the Tram station in Leymen or Therwil upon arrival. PICK UP FROM THE EURO AIRPORT _____________________________ Sebastian can pick you up from the EuroAirport upon request. This is a free service for guests that book the entire home. Other things to note We will be renovating the garden or parts of the house at times. We will communicate this to guests at the time of booking if we have renovations going on.
