The space Nestled in the heart of the historic center of Milly-la-Forêt and facing the church, Le Clocher de Milly is a pretty one-story house that has been completely renovated. The summer BONUS: the house offers natural coolness in addition to the fans available. You enter the house through its courtyard, which overlooks the linden trees and the bike path. When you arrive in the lovely town of Milly-la-Forêt, you will find plenty of parking spaces around the property. Go through the gate, and you will soon discover your cozy nest and its large terrace overlooking the bell tower. The vacation can begin! Upon entering the house, you will be charmed by its natural light and its terrace, where you will surely enjoy relaxing and having your meals. The parquet-floored living room, decorated with an iconic sofa, will be the place for your moments of sharing. A large screen is at your disposal. The kitchen combines a cooking area for those who love to prepare meals and a dining area with a view of the terrace and the bell tower. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, a 4-burner induction hob, a traditional oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and the essential small appliances such as a filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle... not to mention, of course, the crockery and kitchen utensils to make your meals wonderful culinary experiences. The bright dining area has seating for 6 around the table. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor: one bedroom with stunning views of the bell tower, a queen-size memory foam bed, and plenty of closets. A twin bedroom or 2 single beds with a view of the bell tower. A double bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a washbasin area. This is also where you can work remotely thanks to the furnished office area. Also on the first floor is a beautiful, fully renovated bathroom with a very large walk-in shower. The house has 2 separate WCs on each floor. Very special attention is paid to the quality of the bedding and linens, and to the cleaning, which meets hotel standards for absolute comfort. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. Of course, Le Clocher de Milly also has a timeless, south-facing terrace with the essential furniture to enjoy the mild sunny days. Finally, for your extended stays, a laundry room is available with a washing machine. Guest access To avoid any disappointment, we specify that the accommodation has steps and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. You will have access to all open areas and their amenities. Private rooms are closed and forbidden. Your access is through the common gate to the property. Other things to note To confirm your booking, you must approve the house rules and also the check-in and check-out instructions. Some information is necessary for the smooth running... thank you in advance for your understanding: Your welcome and the handover of the keys will take place in the premises of the Conciergerie de Nadège in Milly-la-Forêt between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. or independently after this time.
