The Lachaux gîte (Cantal)

Our cottage, located in Pleaux, in the Cantal department and on the border with the Corrèze department, awaits you for your next vacation. It is a typical Cantal-style house, built of stone and with a cantou fireplace, recently renovated in a modern style. It is located in a quiet hamlet and can accommodate up to 6 people, including 4 adults and possibly an additional baby. The space The property has: - On the ground floor: A large living room with a cantou (fireplace) equipped with a wood-burning stove Equipped kitchen - Upstairs: 2 Bedrooms with 160cm bed (260x240 duvet, bolster, 60X60 pillow)) 1 sleeping area under a sloping ceiling with 2 beds 90 x 200 cm (140 x 200 cm duvet), ideal for children, and a crib. Bathroom with bathtub A separate toilet - Outside: a terrace with garden furniture (garden furniture and barbecue). partially enclosed land. an uncovered swimming pool, heated to share with the owners from 10AM to 12PM and 2PM to 6PM FROM June to mid-September depending on the weather. A high mountain guide and local expert is right nearby! The Lioran and Chastreix-Sancy ski resorts are 1.5 HOURS AWAY by car, allowing you to go skiing for the day. The gite is located right behind our house (the exterior façade needs to be spruced up; see photos). The cottage has separate access; see aerial views. Bed linen can be rented for an additional fee of €15/double bed and €10/single bed (in this case, beds are made on arrival). Bathroom linens are not provided. When you leave, please leave the house clean, as you found it when you arrived, remove the sheets and empty the garbage cans. Other things to note No pets allowed. No smoking inside the vacation rental.
