Summer house in the countryside of Skåne

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home surrounded by fields, a stone's throw from the writer's Pirate's hometown. Here you can enjoy beautiful sunsets through the house's panoramic windows. The accommodation is located in the middle of Skåne, close to several of Skåne's nice beaches, Österlen and Wallander's home, Ystad. In addition to this, you are also close to both Malmö and Copenhagen or why not take the opportunity to visit Skåne Zoo or Tosselilla amusement park. The space The whole house is newly renovated, with floor heating in all the rooms. It has open floor plan with kitchen and living room and ample seating for 8 people. In the kitchen you can enjoy the dinner while watching the sunset through the panoramic window. There are 3 separate bedrooms , one room has double bed the two others have two single beds each. Two spacious bathrooms with. Shower in both. The house also has a patio on both sides, which allows you to enjoy both morning sun and evening sun. Guest access You can use the whole house with its plot Other things to note Empty garbage and put back furniture as it was when you arrived . Start the dishwasher if needed, then we can empty it . Bed linens and towel/bath towels can be rented, costs SEK 150/ package . Cot / Travel cot can be booked for no extra charge. Bikes can be booked at no extra cost ( may be busy ) We sort garbage . Food waste and left in barrels behind the house. Paper, glass and canned in marked bags in the cleaning room ! There are electric car chargers at the cost ,send a text and we will unlock .
