The space A Mediterranean inspired beach house, set up with everything you need for a relaxed, coastal stay. Inside, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area opens out to the alfresco space – perfect for barbecuing the day's catch or sharing a bottle of wine as the sun goes down. Recently refreshed and styled with comfort in mind, the home includes: • 3 guest bedrooms – 2 queen rooms and 1 bunk room • 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, plus an extra vanity • Sleeps up to 6 guests – ideal for families or a group of close friends to settle in and enjoy beach life Please note: While this is a five-bedroom home, only three bedrooms are made available for guest use. The additional rooms are securely locked and not part of the rental. The house is strictly limited to 6 guests. To maintain a comfortable and respectful stay for all, gatherings, parties, and extra visitors are not permitted. Guest access Guest will have exclusive access to 3 bedrooms and the entire home. The hosts do not live on the property. The property is to be used for holiday accommodation only by the individuals listed in the booking. The total number of guests must be accurately declared at the time of booking. Legal Compliance: All guests must adhere to local regulations, including noise restrictions after 11:00 PM, occupancy limits, and responsible alcohol use. No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere in or around the property. Safety Notices: Please be advised that the outdoor spiral staircase may be steep or challenging for some guests.
