Phoenix - Suite - Wheelchair Accessible

Phoenix - Suite - is a newly built home that features a guest suite that caters for all, including those with a wheelchair. It's situated at Erowal Bay, Just a short 3 hr drive from Sydney or 1.5 hs from Wollongong. Erowal Bay sits on the shores of St George's Basin and is nestled in Booderee National Park bushland. Phoenix - Suite is furnished to a high standard. It contains an large bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. Situated at the front of the main house with your own private ramp access. The space Phoenix in the Bay - Suite - Fully Wheelchair Accessible - It has been built to an extremely high standard. The spacious open plan design caters for all, including those with disabilities. It features lots of natural sunlight and water views . There is 1 x King size bed which can be split into 2 x Long Single beds on request. Please request this at least 24hrs before your stay. Luxury bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided. There is a kitchenette with microwave/griller, mini fridge/freezer, tipping kettle, toaster , sandwich press, Nespresso coffee machine and a dining table. There is a smart tv with WiFi available for you to stream your favourite shows. Ducted air conditioning is throughout the residence (controlled via the main house) and there is also a ceiling fan to cool and an oil heater available for those chilly winter nights. The bathroom features under floor heating. There is a wheelchair friendly vanity with sensor lighting under the vanity for those midnight bathroom trips. There are grab rails around the shower walls and another where the toilet is. If required, a shower chair is available. Please notify prior to check-in if shower chair is required. There is an open wardrobe where you can rest your suitcase for easy access or place your items in any of the four drawers. Upon waking, you can open the remote controlled blinds from the comfort of your bed and take in the beautiful view of St. Georges Basin. Off street parking is provided by a disability sized parking space directly in front of the Suite for your convenience. Safely leave your car in front of your suite. From here, you can easily access Phoenix - Suite by either stairs or ramp access. Any other vehicles can be safely parked on the street. Other things to note A smoke alarm is installed in the hallway outside the door to the guestroom. There is an isolating switch for the fridge and oven, just to the left of the kitchette.
