Close to the best kitesurf spot on the French Riviera (4 minutes by car). You will have access to the private pool of the residence from mid June to the end of September. It overlooks a private garden (about 30 square meters with herbarium) including 2 terraces (the largest is a solarium and has views of the sea). Very comfortable bedding and new furniture. Stairs leading to the adult bedroom is steep.
