In a property of 6 hectares (oaks, olive trees, pines) accessible for walks, the cottage is independent, with its own access road, very quiet, without neighbors and with the countryside for landscape. The space The accommodation has an area of 65 m2 and has a terrace offering a very pleasant outdoor life: meals, sunbathing, reading... with views of the olive trees. The interior consists of a large kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. The vehicle has its place reserved in the cool under the hackberry trees, in front of the house. The property is fully open to guests. Other things to note - On request we provide 2 linen kits on a weekly basis, which includes: - 1 pair of sheets (160 x 200 bed) and 2 pillowcases = 12 euros. - 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 bath mats, 3 dish towels = 10 euros. Possibility to take 1 kit or both. Surcharge to be paid on arrival. - On request we provide 1 tablecloth and 6 towels per week = 10 euros Surcharge to be paid on arrival. - Contrary to what is mentioned in the "EQUIPMENT" section, oil, pepper, salt and sheets are not part of the basic equipment. - We're sorry, but pets are not allowed. - Arrivals and departures are on Saturdays.
