Zafiro House with heated pool

Enjoy a new house in a growing area in the 3 de Mayo neighborhood, which is famous for its production and sale of ceramics and handicrafts. It is an excellent and very close option for people attending weddings or events held in the gardens of Jiutepec, Burgos or Cuernavaca. Ideal for celebrating your birthday with all your friends and family or to relax and enjoy the place. The space The house is totally private, the pool has a boiler on all the time at no additional cost, so the water is hot day and night. It has 2 floors, on the first floor there is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, the kitchen, the living room and the pool. On the second floor there are 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The parking space is for a maximum of 2 medium-sized cars, but more cars can be left outside the house with complete confidence and security. It does not have a garden (grass), so if you bring pets they must be medium or small in size and well behaved to prevent them from damaging the furniture, avoiding paying for its replacement. Guest access You can use all the areas of the house except for the machine room. To avoid accidents, that door is locked and only the cleaning staff or the pool attendant can enter it.
