Ocean view & coziness in a stylish summer house on Langø

Overlooking the water and located by Langø harbor, you can have a relaxing holiday in our newly renovated cottage, which we have renovated ourselves over the past few years. We would like to share our place in the small fishing village of Langø with others who appreciate personal decor, relaxation on the terrace with magical sunsets, a lovely large kitchen-living room and a cozy enclosed garden. Eat at home or at the fish bar at the harbor and go on trips in the area. The space Our cottage is a townhouse from 1928 and renovated in 2023-2025 with a new kitchen and new bathroom on the 1st floor and underfloor heating on the ground floor. Please note that the house's original bathroom on the ground floor has not yet been updated. There are 4 bedrooms, the largest of which is on the 2nd floor and overlooks the bay from the huge bay window. 3 rooms have double beds of 180 cm in width and 1 room has a queen size bed of 140 cm in width. In connection with the renovation, we included an old outdoor room that now functions as a dining room in open connection to the kitchen and with two double doors that can be opened to the new terrace. Behind the kitchen in the distribution corridor there is a pantry with air fryer, microwave, freezer and extra refrigerator. There is a chicken coop in front of the house, the rooster crows and the hens lay delicious eggs that can be bought if desired. Our family has chickens and in season you can also buy freshly caught fjord shrimp. Please contact me if you are interested. It is a long way to go shopping (about 12 km), so a car is a necessity! You can shop in Nakskov or Dannemare. Guest access Guests can use the entire house as if they had borrowed a cottage from their friends or family. Common respect for our furniture and things is, of course, expected. We are happy about our house :-) Please ask if there is anything you are unsure about. Other things to note The stairs to the 2nd floor are steep and not suitable for those with walking difficulties and are not screened/safe for small children
