Comfortable guest house with electric car charger near Östersund

Fresh guest house close to nature and the lake. An electric car charger is available for an additional fee. 10 km to Östersund, 3 km to Eldrimner, 4 km to Torsta Gymnasium, 90 km to Åre. Peaceful natural area where you can take a walk, and a patio with awning and barbecue. Parking right outside the house. 3 extra sleeping places are available in another house on the property for an additional fee. Cleaning is available for an additional fee. The space The house has a private bedroom with a 180 cm bed with a full mattress topper, a clothes rail and a wardrobe. Toilet, shower and washing machine in the bathroom. Living room with dining table, TV (Chromecast), sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, egg cooker and toaster. In the hallway, there is a cleaning cupboard and space for clothes storage. Parking is available right outside the door. Electric car charger for an additional fee (see Other Information). If you need an extra sleeping space, I have three beds in another house near the accommodation on the property. In winter, there are cross-country ski trails in central Ås, Lugnvik and in Östersund. If cleaning is desired, it can be ordered for an additional fee (see Other information). Guest access Guests have the entire guesthouse. Furnished patio with awning and parking outside the guesthouse. Storage with another entrance is located in the house (not available).
