You’ll love this tranquil accomodation because of the location and the space. Palmvale is ideal for business trips, solo travellers or couples. I do not cater for children or pets. Please note that this is an Alcohol & Drug FREE home. Located 15 mins off the Pacific Highway at the south Ballina exit, heading towards Lismore. Easy access to all shops (5mins), medical facilities (10 mins) and Southern Cross Uni. Ballina airport (30 mins), Byron Bay (45 mins), Gold Coast airport (90 mins). The space The guest room is set away from main living areas, with bath/shower room and separate toilet, not used by permanent residents of the house. Please note there is 1 Queen Bed so if 2 guests, you will be sharing the bed. The bedroom is on the northeast of the house and has air-conditioning. There is one other guest room in the house, so if by chance there is another guest in the house, you will share the bathroom & toilet with them. Bathroom & toilet are cleaned daily by host if sharing. For long term bookings, the bedrooms are cleaned weekly. In addition to your comfortable bedroom there is an additional lounge room separate to the main lounge room which is for guest use. Tea and coffee are complimentary. All accomodation is on the ground level with only one step into the house. There is an internal staircase which caters for the on-site owner's use to access her rooms. Guest access You will be given your own set of keys to use while you are here, which is access through the main, front door. Your bedroom is set away from the main living areas. Everyone in the house shares the lounge room, the kitchen, the dining room and the upstairs verandah. You will be given space in the refrigerator and pantry. There is a laundry room if needed. IF there is a guest in the other guest room, you will be sharing a bathroom and a toilet room (two separate rooms) with them. Bathroom and toilet are cleaned daily if sharing. During your stay This is a large home. Myself and the other permanent tenant have ensuites. There is one other guest room and you will share the bathroom with the other guest IF there is someone checked in while you are here. All questions should be directed to myself, the homeowner. Although I attempt to cover everything upon your arrival. I will give you my phone number for quick and easy contact while you are here. Other things to note I can offer site-seeing suggestions and have a good knowledge of the surrounding areas, having lived in the Northern Rivers since 1987. My accommodation is best suited for those with a car as public transport is scarce. We do have Uber and Taxi. Buses are available but run on limited schedules and the various bus stops can be a 8 minute walk or an 8 minute drive from the house, depending on where you are going.
