Bring the whole crew to my coziest home, a family old apartment that was restructured entirely for its enjoyment. It is truly, a home. It has games, a sofa that becomes bed for 2 persons, ideally for young people or kids. It has a matrimonial room with huge space for saving clothes, and a huge huge smart TV in the bedroom. This apartment is ideal for long stays, and given its location within the building, its fresh in summer and warm in winter. It has internal patios, and full kitchen. No pool The space Entry hall has an antique small bench, some art and a mirror. Kitchen is fully equipped with a big fridge with freezer, everything to cook, and we provide coffee and sugar, salt, some other small things to share with guests every time we can do it. Living room has a TV, a lot of board games and a cozy sofa for two persons, which becomes a bed whether you need an extra one, for example for kids. It also has a small reading sofa for one person and a coffee table which is made entirely of natural wood. Dining room is "the piece", with a restored table worth visiting and antique furniture with plates and dishes. Matrimonial bedroom has a very comfortable bed, a huge Smart TV for some relaxing time before bedtime, and a very big wardrobe for long stays. Then , as last, it has two patios, one is roofed with transparent components, and it has a space for enjoying daylight and some change of scenery. Lastly, the other patio is free in the open but internal in the building, which makes it super secure. Inside of it there is a very old wardrobe which is original from the house and restored as well and inside there's the cleaning items and the washing machine. Guest access All the house is available as described for guests. The only thing that's not available are the upper parts of the wardrobe in the main bedroom, which are just holding some products and personal belongings and guests shouldn't try to open them. Other things to note The building regulations clearly state that the common space of the terrace and halls are shared with the other neighbors of the building, for that reason it is not allowed to bring people or walk through the corridors or hold meetings in the spaces of the building.
