Located in a new cottage area, this villa offers high-quality accommodation for ten people (9+1). The place is great for family vacations, groups of friends, and a party space. The villa is located in the middle of Himo, you can walk to the Slopes, the golf course, the shop, the Himos Areena, the Festari district and the Amusement Center Will to the West. From the sauna steam, you can take a dip in the outdoor hot tub. The outdoor hot tub and linens are not included in the price. Additional charges: Outdoor hot tub €190/booking. Linen set €22/set. The space DORMITORIES The villa has a total of 10 beds. There is one bedroom downstairs with two twin beds. Upstairs, there are three sleeping areas with a total of seven beds. There is a single bed on the sofa in the living room. KITCHEN EQUIPMENT Fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, good set of dishes and cooking utensils. PATIO The villa has a large terrace, some of which is covered and glazed, the glazed space offers good extra space. WC In addition to the bathroom toilet, the villa has a separate toilet. OTHER EQUIPMENT Pillows and blankets, cleaning equipment, 2x TV, JBL bluetooth/karaoke speaker, 2x microphone, internet, washing machine, drying cabinet, hair dryer, air source heat pumps for cooling, Muurikka electric grill, heater on glazed deck, heating plug for car, EV charging point where the tenant can charge the car with their own suko charger (max10A). HOT TUB: The villa has an outdoor hot tub that can be booked for use if desired. The price of the outdoor hot tub when booking in advance is 190€, the hot tub is available throughout the booking (during festivals the price is 250€). PETS Pets aren't allowed in this villa. ADDITIONAL FEES Outdoor hot tub from 190€/for the entire duration of the booking. Bed linen €22/set, incl. sheet, pillowcase, duvet cover, large and small towel. CHECK-IN Check-in is at 4pm on the day of check-in, and checkout is at 12pm on the day of departure. Week 52-1 and 8-9 (+some event times) check in time is 6pm and check out is by 12pm. Guest access The villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests, unless otherwise agreed in advance with the landlord. Other things to note OTHER RULES Customers are responsible for the accommodation and its movable property during the rental period. The customer is obliged to compensate the lessor for any damage caused to the property or its movable property, including any loss of rental income. The accommodation may not be used by more than the number of people specified in the accommodation (10 people), unless agreed in advance with the lessor. Camping in a tent or caravan on the property is prohibited. Pets are not allowed. No smoking indoors.
