La Bauderie Gîte

Completely renovated in 2025, "La Bauderie" is a 150 m² (1,615 sq. ft.) accommodation located on the first floor of a house in the village of Bussières (71960) in the heart of the Mâcon vineyards. For 6 people, we wanted it warm, typical and aesthetic! Mainly renovated and equipped by us and furnished with re-use, it gives it a singularity that matches what hosts come to look for in our region: authenticity, conviviality, nature getaways and tastings... Welcome! The space Access to the cottage is via outdoor stairs in the garden. You will find an entrance with attached toilets. A glass roof offers you the view from a spacious dining area consisting of an equipped kitchen (oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, Senseo filter and pod coffee machine, kettle, etc.) open to a dining room area. In the extension you will access the very bright seating area in which you will find some books and games. A small staircase will take you to the master bedroom with its private bathroom (90x110 cm shower) and toilet. From the dining room you will go upstairs to find a bathroom (with bathtub) that will be shared by two bedrooms. A windowless bedroom with 2 single beds that can be glued to make a double bed of 160x200cm. The other bedroom with 2 single beds which can also stick to a double bed of 160x200cm. A private outdoor area with garden furniture is at your disposal. A charging socket for cars is available in the parking lot. Other things to note Many walks, hikes, tastings are available to you by walking in the village, through vines and forest. For cyclists, the greenway is less than 500 meters away and a room is at your disposal to store your bikes. Shops: Super U with drive and gas station, laundromat, bakeries, pharmacy, butcher, wine cellar,…. 2 min drive.
