La Bauderie Gîte

Completely renovated in 2025, La Bauderie is a 150 m² accommodation that is located on the first floor of a house in the village of Bussières (71960) in the heart of the Mâcon vineyard. For 6 people, we wanted it to be warm, typical and aesthetic! Mainly renovated and equipped by us and furnished with reclaimed items, this gives it a uniqueness that matches what guests come to look for in our region: authenticity, friendliness, nature getaways and tastings... Welcome! The space Access to the cottage is via external stairs located in the garden. You will find an entrance with adjoining toilets. A glass roof offers you the view from a spacious dining area composed of an equipped kitchen (oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, Senseo filter and pod coffee maker, kettle,...) open to a dining room area. In the extension you will access the very bright seating area in which you will find some books and games. A small staircase will take you to the master bedroom with its desk area, private bathroom (with a 90 x 110 cm shower) and toilet. From the dining room, you will go upstairs to find a bathroom (with bathtub) that will be shared by two bedrooms. A windowless bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed of 160 x 200 cm. The other bedroom with 2 single beds that can also be put together to make a double bed of 160 x 200 cm. We have just renovated this vacation rental and the exteriors, the grass has not yet grown. However, there is a private outdoor area with garden furniture. A car charging socket is available in the parking lot. Other things to note Many walks, hikes, tastings are available to you by walking in the village, through vineyards and forest. For cyclists, the greenway is less than 500 meters away and a room is available to store your bikes. Shops: Super U with drive and gas station, laundromat, bakeries, pharmacy, butcher shop, wine cellar, etc. 2 min drive.
