The pool is also completely fenced and safe for children to access. The villa is one and is located on two floors. On the ground floor, the villa has a beautiful and spacious kitchen with a large dining room suitable for tables of up to 20 people, a large open space room (60 square meters) used as a room for children or groups of friends (6 beds) and a bathroom. On the second floor, a large living room with fireplace for relaxation and a reading room; also on the second floor, 4 large bedrooms (each with a double bed, one or two single beds and private bathroom) very bright and all with panoramic views (sleeps 14). You can dine outdoors under the Carraia patio from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the hills of Valdera up to Volterra. The car park is private and inside the property. All the main art cities of Tuscany can be reached within 30/90 minutes by car, as well as the sea and beaches of the Etruscan Coast or the charming villages of the Val di Cecina.
