The ground floor features a large living room with a TV, library, and pinball machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and a 38m² spa area that opens onto the terrace. Within this space, you'll find an infrared sauna, an arcade machine, a bathroom with a shower, and a toilet. Guest access All parts of the house are accessible. Other things to note The house offers equipment such as the sauna and the spa which demand an electrical supply. Every user is free from the use of these equipments, a meter reading will be taken at the entrance and at the exit of the location.
