Our tiny house camper offers a unique stay just 90 minutes from DC!!! (Camper: Avocado) Experience life on the road with a touch of comfort - complete with a balcony and cozy lofts. Step outside to a charming creek with a peaceful beach and soak in the best of nature, all in a safe and serene setting. Nestled in a hidden, intimate campground, everything’s ready for your perfect getaway: a fire pit, picnic table, and even two kayaks! The space Our tiny house camper is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable! Inside, you'll find a spacious full bathroom with a shower, a well-stocked kitchen, and heating/AC for year-round comfort. The living area features a recliner and a full-size sofa bed, while the main sleeping space in the loft includes a cozy queen-size bed. The kitchen has everything you need: a propane range, fridge with top freezer, microwave, cookware, plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, and flatware. And yes - coffee is provided for those slow, peaceful mornings. We’ve also stocked the camper with towels, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, and a hair dryer for your convenience. Wi-Fi is available in most areas of the site. Guest access You'll be able to drive right into the campground and park directly in front of the tiny house camper. Check-in is easy with a key from the lockbox— your code will be shared prior to arrival. Other things to note We can host up to four guests - ideally two adults and two kids or teens. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM -please be mindful of your neighbors. Fires must be attended at all times and should be out by 11:00 PM. For kayaking, guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Paddles are provided. We welcome up to two pets (under 50 lbs each) with a pet fee of $50 per pet. Please let us know about your pets when you book. Pets must be leashed at all times while on the campground. There’s plenty to see and do nearby!
