AC stay, Swimming Pool, Bathtub, 10 mins. to beach

Ours is a basic, no frills property with clean accommodation. A perfect location away from the busy city life. One can find peace here amidst the nature; bird calls to wake you up, beautiful clean beach and free overdose of oxygen. Good to spend time with family, friends and your loved ones. Authentic Maharashtrian Konkani Veg. and Non Veg. food available at nearby restaurants. (We are in the process of planting more trees around the property) The space If you have opted for AC accommodation and there is a power failure, we do not have a generator. However we have an inverter for fan and LED bulb. In case the current goes off for more than 3 hours at a stretch then we would refund half the AC charge which is Rs. 250 per night per room. Can be charged using domestic electric socket, provided you have a long charging cable. Tariff: @ Rs. 100 per hour and overnight @ Rs. 500 for 6 hours. Vodafone Idea Mobile network is decent near the property. Jio works well on the beach. Airtel is completely blank. However you can use app calling with help of WiFi. WiFi is pretty basic with short range routers so please don't expect a high speed connection and smooth access. You will get mobile connectivity when you visit places around. Other things to note Please be watchful and careful while entering or leaving the premises. Vehicles come very fast from both sides on the adjacent road. Request you to keep windows and doors closed when you are away or after sunset.
