This custom-built 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home has it all—144 feet of lake frontage, gorgeous views, and space to relax. There's a private sand beach with a shallow entry into the water, making it perfect for kids and adults alike. Located on a peaceful dead-end street, you’re close to everything the Brainerd Lakes area has to offer—just 15 minutes from Baxter, Nisswa, and Breezy Point. The space With an open-concept layout, vaulted ceilings, a cozy two-story fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows, you’ll feel right at home. The main floor features a roomy primary suite, an extra bedroom, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, a dining room that sits 8, and an island that seats 4. Upstairs, you'll find a cool coastal-themed bunk room, a queen bedroom with lake views, and a loft with a pull-out sofa. The heated 3-car garage is perfect for hanging out—it’s got a ping pong table, foosball table, and seating with barstools. Step outside to the deck, fire up the BBQ, or gather around the fire pit with Adirondack chairs. It’s all set for a fun, laid-back vacation. Games, cards, poker chips and puzzles are also available for you. Enjoy the gentle slope to the lake, the private sand beach with a hard sand bottom, and the shallow entry into the water just out the back door. We also have a pack-n-play, baby high chair, and Keurig machine ready for you. Come and see for yourself! Canoe is along East side of house. Three kayaks, all paddles, life vests, seat cushions all in shed. Shed also has six Adirondack chairs for around the fire pit.
