Just a 10 minute drive to Lagoon or cross the street and walk a couple of blocks to find a trail that goes up the mountain. Also, a 10 minute drive to shopping and more. The space Home includes beds for 7 and a queen air mattress that can be set up in the family room - it’s almost another bedroom - just no door. Also, there is a pack and play that can be set up wherever. This home includes what you need for a longer-term rental. Plenty of parking. Nice yard - make yourselves at home without sharing with other tenants! Person 10 is for either an infant or someone that can sleep on the couch in the basement family room. The Kitchen is large and has quite a few dishes. The table has an extra leaf that extends seating. This property is best for someone that wants a longer term rental and is willing to take out the garbage and occasionally take care of snow. Guest access Keypad door entry. The attached garage is included - the backyard detached garage is not. There are two locked storage areas for cleaning supplies and yard care tools. Guests have access to the whole main house. There are no shared walls. Guests have full use of yard around main house - without sharing! Other things to note This property is about 10 minutes from many things - Lagoon, shopping, restaurants. Ski resorts are about 40 minutes away. Hiking - just minutes to Freedom trail for a hike up the mountain. Frisbee golf close by as well. The home is about 20 minutes from Hill Air Force base.
