The tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a private bathroom, a small wardrobe, and complete linen (sheets and towels included). Outside, guests can enjoy a dining table with a barbecue for pleasant moments outdoors. Access to the property is via a wide external staircase that starts from a gate on a private road, where a reserved parking space is available. Thanks to its strategic location, the apartment is the ideal starting point to discover the wonders of Tuscany. - Pisa is only 10 km away (Airport 20 min away)! It is impossible not to be fascinated by the famous Leaning Tower and the charming streets of the historic center. In a few minutes you can also reach the sea, with the enchanting beaches of Marina di Vecchiano and Marina di Pisa that offer relaxation and beauty at your fingertips. - Lucca, 25 km away, is an enchanting city to discover by bicycle along its ancient Renaissance walls and of course not to forget the famous "Lucca Comix". - Viareggio, just 19 km away, fascinates with its promenade on the waterfront, the Art Nouveau-style clubs and the famous carnival. - And for those looking for elegance and relaxation, Forte dei Marmi, 34 km away, offers high fashion boutiques, well-kept bathing establishments and refined restaurants by the sea.
