The space Feels like out in country, with a creek across the street, large shade trees, and oversize lots. Wild turkeys and a local peacock family are often spotted strutting around. The space: We’re located in a quiet rural pocket with mature oak trees, a stream, and a neighborhood park nearby, yet access to I-80 and Business 80 is just around the corner. It’s a 15-20 minute drive to Downtown, 20 minutes to the airport or Sac State University or Roseville, and 30 minutes to Granite Bay (Folsom Lake). This is a sprawling ranch-style house with a pool and large tree-shaded yard. Sorry! Two large trees were downed in this winter storms and backyard photos haven’t been updated yet. Expect comfy and casual, “Grandma-style” 70s-80s furnishings, nothing trendy. Details: Roomy kitchen with counter and four bar stools; master bedroom with king; second and third bedrooms each have two twins; living room; family/dining room seats 10; guest bathroom shower has built in seat. Lots of extras: whole house fan; piano; games; shelves and shelves of books; 2 driveways; covered patio; 3-person enclosed swing with gazebo. You’ll have the house to yourselves, and our excellent property manager is close at hand to make sure everything goes smoothly. AVAILABLE June through September 2024.
